I have propose a plan, gathering English used books (story, reading, writing, grammar for Kid and Teens) for rural primary school and secondary school.

Today, I’ve got 20$ and some stuff from Tony’s family and other friends. This gift will give to Anh Chanh primary school, locate in Russy Krok commune, Mongkol Borey district, Banteay Meanchey province.  There are some children books for kid to read.

Last night, Phnom Penh government had celebrate Preah Vihea joins World Heritage list. This event lived from CTN Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Thousands of Cambodian people gather at Span Neak park (infront of Wat Phnom) to celebrate Preah Vihea joins World Heritage list.

In one of the most controversial decisions of its eight-day meetings, UNESCO on Monday named a Hindu temple in Cambodia to the World Heritage list that has been under the cloud of a border dispute with Thailand for decades.

Everyone took a lot of photos during Internet Party 2008, I got one from Mongkol.

I has finished making training slide of web 2.0 tools for the first stage in Khmer language for train teacher at NIE (National Institute of Education). The second stage of training slide will be post later.

During Internet Party 2008, Clogger Team had conducted a program called “CloggersCorner”.  The CloggersCorner’s booth was a place for blogger meet up, show, train and discuss.

On the first day of the Internet Party, nearly 40 people attend the Blogger Show and training. And on the second day of the Internet Party, 45 bloggers has met and discussed.

Thank to CIDC Information Technology and Open Institute who had sponsored us to attend this Internet Party, without them the clogger team could not organize the CloggersCorner program in this event.

Within the CloggersCorner’s booth there are 10 desktop for everyone access Internet, using Khmer Unicode and Khmer Software. During the event KhmerOS has conduct a small Unicode contest with 20 people registered.

The fastest got reward : 1package of JXII gift (T-shirt, CD, poster) and 1 ICT Textbook.
